Middlesbrough Loft Boarding was founded with a singular purpose: to give local homeowners safe, high-capacity loft storage without compromising energy efficiency, damaging ceiling joists, or voiding builder warranties.
Based near Sedgefield and serving the entire county from our regional depot, our trained installation teams travel across Middlesbrough, Stockton-on-Tees, Ingleby Barwick, Linthorpe, Marton & Nunthorpe, Coulby Newham, Redcar, and beyond.
We are proud to be approved installers of the patented Loft-E® raised subframe platform and adhere strictly to UK Building Regulations Part L (Conservation of Fuel and Power) and NHBC technical guidance.
Every installation is backed by our comprehensive 10-year product and craftsmanship warranty for complete peace of mind.
Our qualified surveyor visits your property to inspect roof trusses, joist spans, and ventilation, providing a written, fixed-price quote with zero obligation.
We never compress insulation. Our raised subframes maintain the required 270mm-350mm depth to keep your heating bills low and prevent loft condensation.
Rated 5.0/5 Stars across Middlesbrough, Stockton-on-Tees, Linthorpe, and surrounding boroughs.
"Superb service from start to finish. They installed a raised Loft-E platform and a 3-tier wooden ladder in our new build home in Neville's Cross. Clean, polite, and done in one day." "We had 200 sq ft of raised boarding, an enlarged insulated hatch, and an LED tube installed. The extra storage space is unbelievable and our insulation wasn't compressed at all."
"Living in an older stone terrace in Linthorpe, I was worried about whether the joists could be boarded properly. The surveyor explained the timber subframe perfectly. Top-quality workmanship!"
