From historic stone miner's cottages in Linthorpe and Victorian terraces in Middlesbrough to brand-new energy-efficient homes in Stockton-on-Tees, Ingleby Barwick, and Marton — your loft requires the right structural engineering.
Standard DIY boarding squashes insulation down onto ceiling joists. This cuts your thermal performance in half, raises winter energy bills, causes loft condensation damp, and voids builder warranties.
From raised subframe storage platforms to premium ladders, insulated hatches, and bright LED illumination.
Loft-E® metal subframes and engineered timber platforms elevate your floor safely above 270mm insulation, maintaining thermal performance.
Explore Raised BoardingSafe, counterbalanced 3-section folding timber ladders with handrails, sliding aluminium ladders, and compact telescopic systems.
View Loft LaddersPart L compliant draught-proof drop-down hatches. We also widen narrow access holes and relocate awkward openings to central landings.
